Highly elastic, 2-component polyester fine filler to fill small unevennesses and for the "fine-filling" of pre-treated surfaces. Applicable on metal, wood, concrete and on repair spots which are filled with presto Body Filler. Micro-fine filling components result in a very smooth surface.

Application

  • The object you wish to repair should be de-rusted, clean, dry, fat-free and sanded.
  • Take the requested portion of putty compound out of the can and mix it well with the corresponding quantity of hardener.
  • Apply the mixed material in the desired layer thickness. If necessary sand with wet sand paper (grain400)
  • Clean tools immediately after use, if necessary with a nitro thinner.
  • Do not return mixed material into the can.
  • After approx. 30 - 40 minutes the repaired spot can be drilled, sanded, sawed, rasped and painted.
  • Already after one-time sanding with wet sand paper (400) it is possible to apply the paint. presto Fine Filler is very elastic and constantly easy to sand.
  • The filling compound can be applied to surfaces with low temperatures (minimum +5°C). The filler itself should have room temperature.
  • Advise: do not apply directly on zinc-plated surfaces; these have to be primed before with a suitable zinc primer.
